Ben Macdui is Scotland's second highest mountain. On this fine late Spring day I decided to tackle the summit from the Glen More side, starting from the Cairngorm ski centre. I followed the path that heads west and ascended the west ridge of Coire an Lochain to the plateau, then walked past Lochan Buidhe towards Ben Macdui beyond.
