Sunhoney Stone Circle

Near Echt, Aberdeenshire

Situated on Sunhoney Farm about two miles west of Echt, this large and relatively complete stone circle is well worth seeing. Walk about 200 metres up the farm road to a derelict barn bearing a notice indicating 'Stone Circle' and continue a little farther to a gate at the end of the field on your left. Beyond this stretches a short path leading directly to the Stone Circle. Zoom into the map below to see the circle, surrounded by mature trees.
